Wasnt trying to be an a-hole.Sorry if it was seen that way.And I am in no way an audiophile myself.Cheapo Wal-mart stuff.I was under the impresion they guy was wanting high end stuff,and was over-estimating the buying power of the doller.

I'm sorry for calling you an a-hole then. I have a limited amount of money for this project and was just doing some research on how to find the best amp suited for my use in my price range. Not looking for top shelf stuff, this project is trying to get just enough to boost my system and get a little bass.

Yea 1k Watt amp for some 225watt speakers. One good hit and it pulls its guts out. Kinda like those that think its cool to see the lightbulbs stay on with there Crossovers. Then post I lost sound in my Tweeters.

It's only money!!
