i need some advice

i got a 2008 toyota rav4 and its still under warranty. it comes with a 120A alternator , i replaced the battery with a duralast gold 600cca from autozone. i currently have two re se12 powered by a kicker zx1500.1[150A fuse][subs] and a mbquart discus amp [60A fuse][mids &highs].

i would like to upgrade my subs with some 1000 rms subs [ two RE SX12's]

in order to run a new setup i would need a more powerful amp.

i was looking at a audioque 2200D amp [200A fuse rating]

i did the big3 to my vehicle already

i have no idea if my alt and battery can power this new setup

replacing my alternator is out of the question because it would void my warranty[not too sure if a toyota 140A alternator replacement would void it though , it is a rav4 option]

would a better battery fix my power needs?

what else can i do to power these subs?

A bigger battery would definitely help and would be necessary to run that amp, I personally think the alternator would be fine to a certain point.

a better front battery should help alot, get a good amp that does rated power at lower voltage. the 2200d is great sundown 1500d is nice. u have to wire it up ditch the duralast i had the same batt imo it's one of the best starter batts out there. its not for car audio.

i need battery advice.

ive done some searching and kinetik comes up as a good battery but im in my car alot and i have the engine off but still have my radio on for about 30min-1h , drive for 15min then turn the car off again . i need a battery that will not be killed if it gets drained too much

also the sundown 1500d would not be enough power for two 1000rms subs

A new alternator will not void your warranty.

Yeah, If your voltage is up, that amp will do easily almost 2000. They've been clamped before and tests have been done to prove this, just search.

the sundown is a good amount more expensive than the audioque and they both got good reviews , what would be the advantage of sundown vs audioque

If it is AQ 2200D vs. SA 1500D, I would go with the AQ. It does very well and can hold it's own.

installing a second battery might be a problem for me .

instead of adding a second can i just replace my main battery with a bigger/better one?

since im buying online any other suggestions would be nice

if i replace my main battery with a KINETIK HC3800 or KHC2400 as my starting/ only battery

will that be enough or do i still need to add another battery?

would that make my 2400W rms system work with my stock alternator or would i still have to get another battery?
