Purpose of some amps having two power inputs and grounds?

Some have 2 because a single run of 1/0 gauge just isnt enough to supply the needed power to them and i guess they dont want to put like 4/0 inputs. Your only gonna see 2 on like 4000+ atleast.

The reason you may see it on some but not others is the ones you dont see it on that put out alot of wattage are probably more efficient.

Current requirements greater than what a single run of 1/0 will support at those lengths.
