the most powerful amp you can get to run at 2 ohms mono will be your cheapest bet i think.

Have you thought about Audiobahn SPL sub rack mount? It runs 4000 watts @ 2 ohm rms and 5000 rms at 1 ohm mono rms. kind of spendy. Too much power?
