I need help..

So I pulled everything out of my truck, I have a custom console I built that holds my CD player and 2 6.5". Well, I ordered a Pyle AM/FM with Aux (No CD) just for something to get by for right now. Hooked everything up and when I go to connect the plug into the back of the radio it starts whining outta the speakers even with the truck off, no key in.. There is no amp, no subs. Just the radio and the 2 small speakers..

Possible bad ground or bad deck

Figured it out, after cutting my ground and grounding to the chassis, and it still continuing I noticed as I moved it it "stuttered" so I started wiggling wires, the other 2 speaker wire sets, that arent in use were touching and causing it to whine out of the speaker.
