I need help with setting up/understanding the ohms on PPI amp

I think that you're gonna need y-cables. You want to connect the left channel inputs to whichever channel pair you're going to use for the left speaker (front or rear) and likewise for the right. The rear switch on the amp should be set on EXT and the rear x-over set to HPF. The front x-over should be set to HPF as well.

Sweet. I finally got it working with those settings. Thanks! Although, I do have another question. When I set the XO frequency, what is the best way to obtain full advantage of the speakers? I usually just do it by ear and slowly turn the knob until it sounds "good". Perhaps I'm overlooking a better, more-efficient method? Thanks for the help everyone who contributed =)
