i have to say, bad idea.....you could just get a few yards of new carpet and redo it for say under 50 bucks.

who sells carpet for under $50 thats worth while? Ive bought carpet before that lasted less than a year. I play dirty, I break stuff. It happens.

Get it at Wal-Mart, they have some decent quality stuff for cheap.

all Autoparts store have it also....but the carpet usually gets stiff...no longer soft....I'm in the process of changing the interior color in my 79 ***** AM from Red to black...and I am gonna replace the carpet with new moulded...for $150 or less...I tried the dye in my older Mustang....I couldn't live with it so I bought new carpet for it...It cost $100
