I need an amp for 2 SA-12s 1 ohm

Could I use the FIX86 just for my sub? Or do I have to wire all my speakers to it in order to calibrate it properly? I'm going to upgrade my door speakers in the future but I don't think it's worth the trouble to wire my stock speakers to the DSP if I'm just going to change them in a couple months.

yes for now and then when you had the amp you will use the other channels. Def want to tap all the hi wires and get it done while you're in there. do you have a factory amp you may need this

2016 Ford Fiesta ST. I'm unsure if it has a factory amp but it has components so maybe that means it does?
Not necessarily but each speaker needs to be attached to the dsp. After amp or after head unit of no amp

I am looking at the JL Audio FiX 86 and it really looks cool. I just don't want to spend $350 lol.

I am looking at the manual for it and I guess it just takes the signal from the OEM speaker connections and send it to the RCA output for the subwoofer amp? Just like a regular LOC? I don't understand how that would work when you put an amp on your door speakers though because then where does the DSP pull signal from?

Very crude but inline speakers to rca to amp and then back to speakers

so basically you cut the speaker wires behind the radio or after the amp. put them into the dsp. the dsp runs rca's to the amp. then the amp runs speaker wires back to the other end of the cut wires.

Oh ok so I would have to get to the wires coming off my HU. Right now I just have my converter tapped in to the + and - of my passenger side rear speaker. Then plug my amp into the RCA on the converter.

If I don't have an amp for my fronts yet, how do I hook them up to the DSP?

well you can tap for now for just the sub all the speakers but when you install the amp you will have to cut
