I need a replacement floorpan for my '67 Ford Falcon

67 Falcon Sports Coupe. Need a right side floorpan. Cant find one anywhere...all i can find is ones for 60-65 generation. Has to be someone on here that knows something, i need to find the pan so i can get moving with the rest of the project. Ive ordered several magazines and none have a floorpan, but ive seen websites with people putting in a replacement one into a 67, but they never post where they get it. Help? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Nope, i thought so too at first but the falcon has different frame rail extensions so it makes it different slightly. Shit, i wish a floorpan only costed 60 bucks, id be in business. I like falcons more than mustangs but itd be nice to have the parts availiblity like they do.

Unless the damage/rust is very extensive, making your own floor pan out of flat sheet metal and a hammer (and sometimes a cut-off tool and welder) is pretty simple. Once the carpet goes over it, it will look and feel correct, even if its a relatively bad job.

I agree, What quarter do you need? The whole pan? or just a section?

Ive seen ppl use large street signs to make them. Its solid alumimim, so it molds easy with a little heat and a hammer.

Speed limit signs work good as they are about the size of most full floor areas. Also, most auto body shops will be able to make one if you cant find one easily.

You can try here as well. It links a lot of used parts in the US.
