i need a ported box design for 3 12s type rs?

this is going in a Chrysler 300. i need the box to be around 7-8 cubes ported at 33hz. i want the subs to be on top and have a slot port on the bottom.

trunk measurements.

45 inches in length

38 inch back width ( were the tire out lines are)

56 inch front width

23 inches height

19 inches trunk opening height

45 inches trunk opening width

I'd get better measurements as there is NO way a 45" wide box will go through the trunk opening...

you probably could build 3 seperate boxes, then bold them together in the car and build a beauty panel to give look as 1 piece.

That will take up more room since you'll have twice as many dividers between the subs.

yes and no - you could build the sides that touch out of 1/2 inch and then bolted together you have 1", i would do a single board 3/4 on sub mounting side so you have 1 1/2 for mounting.

All this will do is possibly lead to vibrations and resonance. If you're going to put .5" against .5", you need to glue it together. Otherwise, those panels aren't really coupled together; they're just being held next to each other with fasteners.

i would put a couple dabs of silicone between each box and bolt together in 4 spots with big fender washers, dout it would rattel-
