I need a new HU under $300 preferably but am open to suggestions

Ive currently got a kenwood HU 22wrms a channel with 3 4v preouts...its starting to malfunction tho..so i need sum new sugestions...should i stick with kenwood? and wats the differnce between 4v preouts and 5v preouts ?

what feautures?...hmm idk like i want to be able to adjust mids highs lows..prolly a HU with filters for the sub etc.

if you can find a pioneer 600ub or 6000 ub they have amazing sq features 7 band eq lo / hi filters ect i use them alot they are sic.

i like the eclipse but 14wrms a channel kinda sux when my bass almost over powers the highs rite now lol....
