I need a divorce, where do I start?

Im bored, pist, and looking for advice.

My wife is a selfish, hard headed @%^# and I cant take it anymore. We have no kids, live in an apartment, and we each are Active Duty military. We split the bills down the middle since we make the same amount of money. She has her car and I have mine. In theory, this is an easy divorce to settle, whats hers is hers and whats mine is mine.

Problem is I have no idea where to start this process! HELP!

and have you talked to the soon to be pissed woman about it? Even the nicest starting out divorces can go horribly wrong FAST. mine did.

Have you talked to her about this yet ? That would be my first step ...

If she's getting a lawyer, you'll have to get one or you'll get taken to the cleaners.

If she's willing to settle this mutually, then head down to Staples and get a DIY divorce kit for like $30.

have you mentioned to her your feelings. you might be able to talk it out and change some shit. were not married but my girl and i have been together 3 years and weve hit a small bump in the road. were talking about it and working on it though.

if you guys arent going to fight over anything you can pretty much do it yourself from what i understand. go down to your local courthouse and they will probably point you into the right direction as to what paperwork to file.

buy a shotgun...12ga will do.. Take said gun to your house,,,wait till wife is sleeping ... aim, pull trigger, bury body in 10 diffrent states.... DONE... Now is that so hard?
