Wonder bread and hard cheeses help bind you up... at this point the bud mud will be gone by the time it kicks in so if you try some firming techniques you'll just be in here asking how to release the club you have formed inside yourself in 3 or 4 days.

I'd say drink more beer....it might not help the squirts, but after a dozen or so you won't care so much.
