I need a box design for 2 15" HDC3 asap

I can go higher, but actaully I can only go 22.5" deep instead of 25....DJ is helping me out now. Space is tight with the batteris and amps, looks like I can't keep it below the window line tho.

Ok but i talked to the owner of AQ "DJ" Cuz im also doing 2 15in HDC315 in my blazer. Almost the same set up as you lol. Any ways he did a design for my 2 15is at 8.5Cb feet @ 40hz AFTER displacements! This should help you out bud. Its going to work for me.

Build your box with the following EXTERNAL dimensions:

Width=37.5' Depth=24' Height=24.75 (double layer the top/baffle of the box)

Your box will have the following INTERIOR dimensions:

Width=36' Depth=22,5' Height=22.5'

Your subs will fire up and the port fires to the rear. Center the subs between the port walls and the ends of the box . Center subs front to back of the box.

Your port will be 6' wide, 22.5' tall and 16' deep measured from the outside face of the box, Your port walls will also serve as bracing.

Center your port in the middle of the box firing to the rear

Miter the inside corners of the box and the port opening

box is 8.5 cubes net after displacements and tuned to 40hz

this is how it should look

Also mines set up for daily with 1500rms to each sub. Crunch GP3000D Pro!

Awesome, the one DJ designed me looked alot like that....how does this sound, this is waht DJ came up with

Make your box with the following dimensions:

EXTERIOR DIMENSIONS

W=43" D=21.5" H=24"

INTERIOR DIMENSIONS

W=41.5 D=20" H'22.5"

fire the subs up and the port to the rear

Port will be in the center of the box (vertical plane)

Port will be 6.25" wide, 22.5" tall and 20" deep measured from the outside face of the box.

The port will project 16" into the box and then each port wall will turn 2 additional inches.

Mount your subs equal distance front to back of the box and equal distance between the port walls and the ends of the box.

Box is 8.8 net cubes after displacements and is tuned 37-38hz

I can send paypal, if someone can make me a box that will fit below the window, so dimensions would be 45.5" W x 22.5" D x 17" H. I want it to be about 4 cubes each after displacement, and I would use aero's if it makes it fit. I need a design by Saterday mornin....thank ya

That's not enough room for what you're wanting...just 8.3ft^3 before sub/port displacement.
