I need 1500rms watts, cheap but quality amps?

Hifonics amps arent bad at all. ALOT of people think they are nice amps. Only thing wrong with them is they over rated.

I also heard they aren't reliable. Im not saying this because I have never owned a Hifonics. This is from what I have read on the forums.

i would go with the eD 9.1 that is a solid amp. and if you are worried about upgrading, they are strappable.
