5/3 Channel Amp Stable @ .5?

I'm interested in switching to a 5 channel amp. My sub has dual 1 ohm voice coils. I haven't seen many 5 channel amps that have a sub channel that is 1 ohm stable, and I haven't seen any that are stable at .5 ohms. I'd like to get the sub channel to put out 800-1000wrms.

I haven't bought comps yet, and I probably won't for a while, but It's getting to be that time of year again, and I'm thinking about glassing some pods. I'll buy comps based on the amp that I get.

I was just wondering if I could find one that will suit my needs, or if I could get away with running one at .5 ohms.

Thanks for any and all input, guys!
