dual cores are outdated already, imo.
If that doesnt matter to you, then go ahead.
Now I'm confused. Doesn't a quad core 2.0 MHz equal 8 MHz processor speed.? While the dual core p8700 is 2.53x2 so around 5 MHz?i say go dual core, faster clock speed then the quad. asus is a great company also.
dual cores havent even been fully utilized by alot of programs. Now I'm confused. Doesn't a quad core 2.0 MHz equal 8 MHz processor speed.? While the dual core p8700 is 2.53x2 so around 5 MHz?
Or is clock speed something else. Always hear about over clocking but have no Idea what it means
wouldn't that be the one I linked in the first post? That was a p8700 CPU and a gtx 260. Gpu. Not that I'm trying to say it's wonderful or anything but it just looked good. Well on paper at least //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifdual cores havent even been fully utilized by alot of programs.
i'd take a higher speed dual core over a lower speed quad all day long.
the average and even high end gamer doesn't need a quad core unless u got money to blow. Get a high end core 2 duo and a sick graphics card and you're set
Well.... I could pick up 2 of the 3 for free. Or pay $100 for the quad. Due to warranty. So I could care less about reatail //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif TY best buy warrantyWhat a horrible price. I could build a laptop quite a bit faster for around half that price. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
