I know some places are claiming that condoms promote underage ****** relations. so they are trying to stop the schools and planned parrenthoods from passing out free condoms...

I agree with this. Kids are going to do what they want, when they want. I know I did. Had a pretty wild childhood and Im surprised I didn't knock anyone up
