now you need a siren and some lights behing the grille/rear deck. i have seen some weird cop cars around here. one undercover has a 05 mustang GT. all the windows are blacked out, but it has lights everywhere if theyare turned on. from the road it looks like a stock gt.

Yeah, it was originally registered as a police vehicle in IL, which explains the color.
