I have Brain Damage from Car Audio

This happened to some Guy that used to build systems around here idk if all of this happened exactly but one day during a demo, his ears began to bleed and now his equilibrium is all Effed up....amongst other stuff I can't seem to remember.

Yes, this dose happen....

Its called blowing your ear drum out. Also caused by other loud sounds.

There must be a lot of vets with this same problem seeing as how loud gunfire and explosions can be....guess I got lucky with that one as well...

The ear is a very complex mechanism:

There are tons on publications that show ear ear damage have a direct effect on brain function:

The cranial nerves pass through the middle ear space and loud acoustically traumatic events (loud music) can damage these nerves.

"Injury to the Auditory Nerve

Dendritic nerve endings beneath damaged IHCs and OHCs, including their mitochondria, appear swollen after high-intensity noise exposure. Under these sound conditions there may be signs of degeneration of spiral ganglion neurons as well. The question of whether there can be nerve damage or loss without hair cell destruction has not been answered. The mechanisms of nerve damage may include degeneration secondary to hair cell loss, direct mechanical injury, and/or metabolic dysfunction.

Changes in the central auditory system as a consequence of cochlear damage

Injury to the receptor cells and auditory nerve can result in degenerative changes in the cochlear nuclei of the brainstem and transneuronal atrophy in the superior olivary complex and inferior colliculus. The available evidence also supports the conclusion that the developing ear and brain is more susceptible to acoustic injury than those of the adult. This has been observed in a wide variety of mammalian species and thus there is good reason to believe that it would hold for humans as well. "

I just want you guys to be careful that's all. If I can help one person be more careful and BUMP smart, then I have done a good deed.

IMO, this dose not answer or support your claims, especially with you beating the "SQ" system drum(no pun intended)

It just seems (very highly) that your trolling or.....not telling the whole story or truth of your situation.

He sounds like he knows what the fvck hes talking about though. Honestly who the hell would go into that much depth for trolling? Proof or not you would be retarded to spend that much time researching the topic, ***BUT*** then again why would a "New" member pop up all of a sudden on a CAR AUDIO site and title his user "done with car audio" and then the first post he makes is this one. Troll or not sounds like some issues are going on with this thread.
