i know of a method that works.

go to grocery store and purchase Certo. just ask where it is, its a Fruit pectan should be in the jello aisle.

buy also a medium size yellow gatorade. or any color will work probably

poor the certo (1 pouch) into the gatorade and stir it with a spoon

drink it ALL within 5 minutes, it tastes pretty bad so drink it all quickly..i do atleast

do this 1 hour before you test, piss 3 times and on your 4th piss it will be clean, i usually piss a little to get rid of any residue and pinch it about half way then go in the cup.

worked for me for 18 months

also go purchase niacin from GNC and take it daily, makes things a lot easier.
