For $20,000 you can buy a muscle car that's already built but if you want to do your own then...

I always liked the look of 3rd-gen Camaros.

I like 70s Cadillac Eldorados with the 500 big block

A 69 Camaro will get you laid.

You can make a Nissan 280zx like a muscle car and give it the lexus 4-liter DOHC V8, it'll get expensive though.

The 1st-gen Lexus SC 400 is a Japanese muscle car and comes with one of the best V8s ever made.

Oh and the above-mentioned 2nd-gen Buick Regal/Grand National/GNX.

no self respecting muscle car owner just buys a done car, if you didnt build it you are a joke.

stay away, if he knew a single thing about it he would have every specification posted, this guy doesnt know how to take care of that car and it sounds like bs, leave that one alone, only buy from a guy who knows what the **** he is talking about but also dont let them sweet talk you by using that knowledge.

WEll I was trying to switch it up, and catch him on it.. I agree, anyone who has wrenchtime on the car they take to the track, ( obviously the only pic he has apparently ) should have a list of mods inside and out.. But like I said earlier, If it has some of the things I want and is ultra clean inside and out, Id throw him 7K

And like everyone else has said, if you take the time to build your car, no matter what it is, you're gonna love it.

If you're looking for V8 power but want to be a little different, you could buy and old Porsche 914 and drop a chevy 350 in it.

My Bonneville is pretty original so I'm not looking to break any ground here or anythingi just want a fun fast v8 for summer. My Bonneville is currently at 302 whp but I cannot go any further on the stock ******. Ya, i used to watch the old darius vids about 10 years ago, and that car is awesome. Pretty sweet that its faster than an R1. My first car was a 300zx and a good friend had a 280 turbo modded, so i have a soft spot for the Z's

If you mean the newer RX7, they are considerably more expensive than a simple miata. And the old RX7's are getting pretty rare these days, I cant remember the last time I saw one on the road. Yes, miata's are kinda a chic car, and there are cooler options out there, but my point was miatas are cheap these days, companies build v8 conversion kits for them, and the mods necessary to fit the engine in one is fairly insignificant.
