Have any of you people(the car bassers and loud home stereo people) ever wondered about some of the things that make a man snap? Right know I work nights so its rare that I even get any sleep in the day due to car bassers coming in and out of the parking lot where I live every hour on the hour. Whats worse is when I used to work in the daytime I could'n't get to sleep at night because some guy in a whole other apartmant complext could be heard with his stupid car bass! That crap can drive people crazy man! My question is: Just because you want to listen to your loud music why should everyone else have to? Depriving me of my rest or my time out from stress and the working world is like physically stealing from me. And if you say some thing like "If you don't like the music don't listern to it" I would say "Are you giving me permission to destroy your loud car bass system then?"

I hate trolls, does that give me the right to kick your ***? I have a lot more common sense than what you have described and just becuase someone enjoys and has car audio as a hobby doesnt mean they go around disturbing the peace. And I really doubt comming on here and posting this crap will accomplish anything for you. I suggest you confront the people that are actually bothering you and not some complete strangers just because you dont like car audio.

This is someone who is probably at his breaking point as far as Street Beaters are concerned. One thing that we have to remember is that there are alot of people who feel this way.

People should be respectful of how they play their music, especially in neighborhoods. If you want to be loud and show-off, do it in the lanes.

There will always be complaints about everything. However no one will get any where from complaints alone. Talk to your neighbor with the loud music and let him/her know how you feel. They may not know that you work nights.

I think 99.9% of those who have systems in their cars are responsible with them. They don't annoy other people with their music. If you hate car bass, then you need to be hit with a clue stick. What you should hate is the people who are being disrespectful and blaring their music. Your position is about as logical as saying "I hate water" because a ball game got rained out once.

I agree wholeheartedly, it's more around a 40/60 responsible to non ratio I'd say. At least around here, an area w/a lot of highschool/college kids. And,..I don't think I've laughed so hard in a while about something so blunt "You're an idiot for saying that"

How do you figure? It's not the bass that is the problem. It's the inconsiderate people who play their music too loud. When I'm visiting friends in the city, I notice that more often than not I hear people driving by with their windows down playing music loudly. People play their crap way too loudly, and most of the time it's not the bass you hear, it's the lyrics (distorted to hell though they may be). Making blanket statements about bass is foolish. It may be a symptom of the problem, but it is not the cause.
