Older kit, not the Discovery gear- I have been known to rock the US Postal kit once in a while, but I prefer snooty Italian kit- if you look stupid fast you don't always have to be stupid fast, which is good because I ride with some guys that are absurdly quick and put the hurt on me regularly.

As much as my bike(s) cost- it sucks to crash on them anyway! I usually only crash my mountain bike and it has been fairly durable- My road bike is carbon fiber with a bunch of weight weenie race parts and would not fare well in a wreck, and neither would I- pavement tends to be unforgiving when you hit the deck at 25+mph in a group of 30 or so........
