I built a box, but no bass Professional help please

I have fuses connected properly and brand new 16 gauge wire that I installed and yeah they are pretty much tangled up in the backseat but I dont need someone to charge 200 dollars to make it look pretty I drive a shitty car and I drive alot so Id like to listen to music alot..
its not to make it pretty, its to make your car a non-fire hazard that takes your house down with it one night... re-read this thread and read all the posts, its been explaind what you need to do (get rid of assassin, set gains properly, ect...ect..)

to be completely honest with you, not picking on you anymore, i'll tell you this:

simply having 2 different types of subs in the trunk can cause issues/cancellation/decreased output.

having two different sizes of subs makes the problem even worse.

having two different sized enclosures will make it worse yet

havint two completely different TYPES of enclosures even worse

and of course, a ported enclosure that isn't even tuned, but with a hole cut in it is undefineable by logic.

on top of that, with so many different drivers, you could even having phasing issues, as well as cancellation issues with respect to the different pathlengths between the drivers, the back of the car, and then your ears.

there's WAY too many variables happening here for anyone to narrow it down to one reason you don't have bass.

you really need to start from scratch here. there aren't 'things' wrong, quite frankly, EVERYTHING is wrong.

but Id like to have the assassin because its the best sub I own compared to a brand nitro that is some shit. yeah its loud but they dont hit really deep and just cheap subs i got a while back. I will sell all of my shit and get some nice nice stuff but I got all of this at a good *** price

Full mode on that amp means you're driving a full range signal into three different subwoofers.

When implementing subs you want to low-pass cross them over at around 80Hz or so. This is to keep the frequencies that subwoofers aren't designed to play out of them since playing those tonal ranges aren't their job but rather the job of the smaller drivers in your setup.

According to the specs I found when wired the way you've described you're sending 310w (give or take) to the Assassin. This should be more than adequate to get it moving which further illustrates how tragic that box you have it in truly is.

The other two subs running off the other amp channel would be getting around 185w each. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/nono.gif.eca61d170185779e0921b0faa9704973.gif Not much for subs rated for 500w, eh?

bet the OP won't see such a on point post in his CA.com life.

are you not even listening? why ask a question if you dont even take the advice //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

ok....if you absolutely have to run all 3 subs read the wiring section to get the wiring how you need.....make sure your amp can handle the load....are the subs 2ohm or 4 ohm?......single voice coil or dual voice coil?......they all have to be the same or you're gonna blow something.....if you're running 1 4 ohm sub on one channel and 2 4 ohm subs on the other in stereo it's cutting one channel to 2 ohms and leaving the other at 4......not good........wire them according to the guide in the wiring section......patch the hole in the box you made....unless you have the port dinamics set up and the proper port to install you are just letting air out of the box and that's not going to help anything.......make sure your low pass is turned on on your amp.......

dude im listening but alot of people are getting on my case about it. I know the box sucks and all but Im not going to get rid of my assassin thats what I want to use.
