Hybrid Capacitors

I am looking at getting a capacitor - whats up with the

"Digital Hybrid Super Capacitors" ? I know alumapro uses carbon alloy - and i know "Digital Hybrid Super Capacitors" weigh close to nothing..... any help would be awesome!
