The real problem is when you get a group of 20 people all together between class and the perform this hugging ritual that congests the hall ways of the school thus blocking traffic. The 'huggers' are so self absorbed that they either don't know or don't care that they are preventing others from getting around them to go to class.
Cliff Note: The problem is the POS children that ignorance and pansy *** attitudes towards authority creates.

The administration should ban blocking of the hallways then. Either that or they should decrease the amount of time between classes...

We had 5 minutes, I literally had to run between classes. And if we were late 3 times we got detention. Which was on Saturday.

I think they came up with a bad solution to the problem.
