Question1: Is JVC KD-R990BTS -or- JVC KD-R995BTS better suited for my application?

Question2: Should I install the "crossovers" provided with alpine spr-tw10?

Question3: Should I eliminate the "Infinity" amp from the "in-line" series?

2001 Dodge Dakota Sport Std Cab with Infinity Sound System (4.7L V8)

new: 2x 6.5" speakers lower left and right door (4 ohm)

new: 2x 1" speakers upper left and right door (to be installed) (4 ohm)

Everything else factory default equipment and wiring (2 ohm)

r995bts is way superior to the 990 if you plan on upgrading the system in the future. You can use the inline crossover or use the head unit's crossover. However if you dont have the tuning knowledge then just us the inline.
