HU Install Mustang

My Mach 1 has the Mach 460 SS

I have an Alpine HU 7893 and I wanted to get a 6 CD changer to go with it

The Mach 460 system is a double din...What 6 CD changers would accompny this HU well

Some guy at Eclipse said their CD changer wont work with the alpine?

Is this correct?
