I just got the DPX 701 for christmas and am tying to set it up. I have a Kicker 350.4 amp running my speakers and a Memphis 1000.1 running my sub. Everytime i adjust my speaker amps gain, nothing happens at all. It stays static on sound. I then disabled the decks amp. Turned internal amp to off. When I do that, only bass is coming out. I can also here very very very faint voices off the sub i think. but nothing from the speakers.

Also, when i mess with the balance, i get a weird issue. I turn the balance all the way to the right and there is no bass. To the left there is bass. And when i hit the "2tone" button which should enable all 4 speakers, there is no bass at all. but all the speakers work.

I have a disability and I have to have people help me with wiring and stuff, so please keep in mind I cant just yank out the unit and check wires easily. If it is a menu thing, that is easy. if it is a wiring thing, then i can change that.
