reason why? (hatchback for the loose)they have refurbished 12" cvx's on hifisoundconnection.com for $124.50 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif
why not go with two of those?
i wish i would of known about that deal on hifi before i ordered my audioques... i probably would have picked up two cvx's instead.
first i want to apologize for all the wrong info you're getting here, since this site is usually very informative. The kicker kx1200.1 is a 1 ohm stable amp, not a 2 ohm stable amp. The amp does put out 1200 rms at 1 ohm but is underrated, so you'll get a little more power if your voltage is good. There is no such amp as a zx1200.1 as well. So your set up will work fine and hit hard. i would get everything installed first then see if the cap is necessary. How's this setup? I'm putting it in a 2000 pontiac firebird (hatchbatch)
Kicker KX1200.1 Mono Class D Amplifier
Kicker L7 S15L7 Sub 15 inch Dual 2 Ohm Subwoofer (2006 model)
Massive Audio CAP2 Car Audio 2 Farad Digital Amplifier Capacitor
(getting a dry cell battery soon - not now :X)
Pioneer DEH-P5900IB Car Audio MP3 WMA CD Deck
Going to have a custom box made for it (ported I belive would be my best bet)
and Stinger SWKH0 HPM Series 0 Gauge Car Audio Amp Kit
any ideas? setup? will it pound?
really, thats news to me and also kicker i guess.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gifThose are incorrect specs...
First of all, you can not bridge a mono amplifier, also all Kicker's mono amps are rated for 2 ohms.
for a guy with such a high thread count, one would think you might actually know something....//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gifThose are incorrect specs...
