How's this for an active mid/tweeter combo?

I'm going active eventually and was checking out some different mids. What do you guys think about this combo? I'm set on the tweeter so don't bother recommending anything different //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.

BTW the Chargers are getting a new a-hole right now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Vifa Classic D75MX41 3” dome midrange

It's pretty flat from 900 Hz to 7 kHz.

I am thinking about getting a 7" woofer for the low end. I already have a 12" sub.

This is the tweet I'm getting.

Good midrange? Any other suggestions?

The reason I'm going with a 3-way setup is because of space issues. I want my mids and tweets in kickpanels and in an Integra anything over 3-4 inches would just take up too much space. So I'm putting the woofers in the doors and the mids/highs in kicks.

It doesn't look like that mid is enclosed and its 8 ohm! Good for a passive but not active IMO. I suggest looking for other mids. The DLS IR 3" and Hybrid Legatia 3" are both excellent. Also Alpine uses a car audio friendy version of that tweeter in some of their Type X comp sets.

That IS the car friendly version //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Can you give me a good source for those speakers?

I know it's 8 ohms, but if it sounds good I don't care.

what kind of car is this going into?

Could you put the prices on this items please? Thanks a lot!
The mids are $76.05 each and the tweets are $33.40 each.
