This will be for 2 15" sdc2.5 subs. The amps are 2 zx1000.1 one for each sub. will soon get an aq2200d. any input would be great
So having each on with the kicker zx1000.1 each is to much or tradeing off for the aq2200d is? i know that the sdc2.5 are rated at 600wrms but you dont think they will handle the power from the aq or the kickers? i really dont think i would see true wattage with with box rise would i? as long as the signals clean i should be ok right? aslo this is for a daily setupThat is a bit to much power for the 2.5 series.
I was going to check the enclosure for you but my phone is not letting view the image.
Ok thanks i may step down on the amps and look for something around that... i am currently looking to trade off from 2 amps to 1 amp or do i benefit more from each sub having its own amp?I would say you have a safer situation with the kickers over the aq2200. Even with rise those subs are not as strong as other 2.5" coils subs on the market today.
They are pretty good subs though, just not power hungry like you may think.I would have stuck with no more then 1500rms max to the set.
Anyone else care to take a look at the specs before i build??Just realized this pic cant be seen very well... anyone able to help with how to get a larger view of pics on here? until then here are the specs...Box Stats
