I'm doing alright with the intelligence level. So you offered one helpful comment while calling his amp crap. And he can get a Kicker amp to match his Kicker subs is he damn well pleases. Are you his fucking accountant telling him what to buy?

Um ok, he needs better amp no matter what. That amp aint gonna cut it. I wired my firends at 2ohm stereo and it got so hot ot died after 2 weeks with some POS Insignias. So it wasnt drawing more power, just crap amp. Sorry

lol, i dont have a prob with that at all , there any plenty of shitty amps. just keep that for your tweeters you need after you buy your hifonics 1606 for 220 bucks imo

well lets see here i have dual 2ohms so i can only wire up a 2ohm load or a .5ohm load and i dont have the electrical for .5ohms so i think the kicker zx for only 350 bucks brand new is a good price

what would you suggest for under 350 and have 1500rms or more @2ohm stable

cant get something 1ohm stable at 1500 only will be around 750-1000watts so to get something around 1500 at 2ohms have to get something thats 3000+ at 1ohms and thats prob gonna run a bit more cash than 350

you will need two of those kickers too man, just get the hifonics 2000 ( i have the exsact same set up but with the hifonics 1606) i will try to find you a link

here are some links to look at. if i where you id buy the 1606 and try it out before you spend the money on the 2000 alot of people say they will take 1k watts rms each and at 2 ohm the 2k is not what you want, this is why i say get the one 1606 for now when you have the extra money get another one and you will be able to run them slightly overpowered(and have time in between to do the big three and get a new battery before you get the 2nd amp)

well i wouldn't waste time on too amps... and $350 is a good price for that amp. the 2006d is 1300w @ 2-ohm x 1

hmmmm well i can't recommend this amp myself but there are other things worth looking into like maybe this one http://www.onlinecarstereo.com/CarAudio/ProductDetail.aspx?ProductID=19156 i mean do a little research, you might save yourself some money. and the l7 isn't a SQ sub so don't try to justify the best of the best amp for um

yeah that was really a stupid suggestion. but yeah is you can get that kicker for 350 it is a good deal and it is something you KNOW will work. but get that sony out of there as soon as you can
