how would i go about adding subs/amps to factory deck?

There's a manual to tell you all about it. The 3sixty requires a PDA to set everything up though and its not compatible to every PDA on the market. make sure you have a PDA compatible with the 3Sixty before even thinking of using it

i know about that, just didnt know how i would go about hooking it up to the factory deck

It is a little overkill with the batteries, but underkill with the alternator. Ideally, you want an alternator that will keep up with your system...
