How would a 12" 200w sub compare to a 10" 400w sub?

Still debating have people on the chevy truck forum saying just to go with a 12 but I think its just to small for a 12. Thinking 10 Audio technix strato 10 2 ohm dvc, or infinity 4ohm single voice coil. For now just going with a 4 channel amp to get fronts amped so will need to be at 4 ohms. Opinions on the 2? Others? Issues with the 12 is will not be much room between speaker and floor/seat. Only going to get about 200w from the amp bridged.

My friend had two 12s behind the seat in the same truck. (He only has one now, though) Space shouldn't be an issue with a sealed box. Also I think the Strato 10 has more mounting depth than the tropo 12 so the 12 would actually fit easier... I could be wrong though
