How to wire a PA Speaker

I have a Sony Xplod 760w amp with two MTX's 10's. I am looking into getting this PA. http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2103339&cp=&sr=1&kw=pa&origkw=pa&parentPage=search

How do I wire it? Do I put it on either the left or right in the same spot as one of the subs? I also would like it to have an on and off switch. How Do I do this? I woud like to keep it as cheap as possible.
