How to wire a 10 disc cd changer?

I have the wires for it in one car and need to know how to get them out and then put them into another car along with the cd changer.

Come on man. You are asking us how to get the wires out of a car. You didn't even tell us the model, make or year of the car. Just take things apart until you can fish the wires out. There should be a set of RCA's and another cable for the controls. Once you have them out you simply hook them to your stereo and changer. They must be compatable though. You can't run an Alpine CD changer with a Kenwood head unit.
