Thats right bishes...
I got one of these to hopefully hook my PS2 up to my jensen, but im curious if there is a specific way i can hook it up, or how im supposed to hook it up? Also, the one i got is 350 watts, will that be enough to run the PS2? And there is 2 outlets on this one so if i run the PS2, what else could i run with it as well?

I'm not sure of the wattage, but if it has two outlets then it should have enough power. It should just plug into the ligher plug. You could add another female lighter adapter and hide the ugly plug. You could also cut the end off and hard wire it to the car. I have mine off the main distribution block in the trunk.

hard wire it......just like an amplifier. You can cut the cigarette lighter plug off and you have a ground and power. Be sure to fuse it though. I had this done in my ranger when I had a tv and ps2

this one doesnt have a cig. lighter adapter, its got 2 wires, positive and negative. Im sure i just need to hook it up to a ignition wire that is 12v and ground the other. Im curious what wattage the ps2 needs though.

what size fuse would you think?

doesnt have a turn on that i saw. I know my buddy had his wired to a 12v constant with a switch that he could turn on or off, so that the car didnt have to be on. Might do something like that.

As for the fuse, not sure if i saw an external one but ill double check.

Not sure if i saw a switch either, but i really didnt look at it that close, got it in a deal and am just now making use for it.

Ok so it does have a turn on switch, so i think what im going to do is install an inline switch taht will be under my steering wheel so i can put this thing in my glovebox and not have to switch it on at the invertor every time.

Also, it has a 40A external fuse, do i really need to fuse the wire?
