How to I wire this POS sub?

kid at school has this sub he wants me to install.. I had no clue what to do..

each coil reads 1.9ohm

looks like that, 2 pos and 2 neg.. but theirs another 2 pos. and 2 neg, on the other side..

so its like quad 2ohm? google says dual 4.. but it has 4 pos and 4 negitive terminals..

also his amp is a bridgable 2chan.

you noob, its a dual voice coil sub, just both coils have 2 +s and -s. i suppose audiobahn did it to make wiring the coils in parallel easier, but it was a pita to do all that allen screwing

I wired it like dual coil sub in parrallel.. got no output..

You noob. Each pos and neg terminal for each VC has two lugs to make it easier for wiring. That is all that's different.

Instead of stuffing two wires into one lug and running it over to the other side, you just use that extra lug.

but why wouldn't it still work if i used the same terminal twice?
