Ya it's Blowse,No its not bad at all for the average schmoe,But if you are used to killer aftermarket systems then it does'nt compare.

Yeah, I was pretty impressed though just for the simple fact that it was a factory system, but you couldnt turn it up that loud cause of **** distortion...notorious in factory systems...

my dad had a 91 vette, that he sold a while back. loved that car, but anyway, it had bose speakers, hu the works, I thought it sounded dam good. granted I still have yet to hear these, killer aftermarket systems everyone is talking about but for the time being i was impressed.

Bose supposedly designs speakers and amplifiers for the specific acoustic charachteristics (

Besides, Bose amps are known for going out and being expensive to fix.

if u really want one go to a junk yard and hopefully u can find a car that has a bose sterio intact and yank it out...peace
