How to adjust idle speed?!?!

i wanted to know how(if possible) to adjust the idle speed on my 2002 ford explorer. i want my car to idle at 1000 rpms...what do i need to do to do this?

not possible without some kind of module/programmer. its computer controlled

if you adjust it it will idle higher until you turn the truck off.. then it will default that position and idle at stock rpm again.

you can only do it manually if its carbeurated like my beasty 76 and 73 k5 blazer. And you would use a flat head screwdriver not a wrench smarty pants. Gl adjusting that computerized sack of crap
