How should i wire my subs?

I have 2 12" SVC American Bass DX's with a American Bass FL 1602R 1480 watt Amplifier.

The amp says it can handle 4ohm mono or 2ohm stereo

How should i wire the subs to get best quality.

I also have a 800 watt visonik amp for my 4ohm each door speakers, if that makes a difference. (but i am upgrading to american bass 6.5s or 5 1/4 and 1" tweeters)

Sorry im a bit new to the wiring. Please let me know if you need more info.

are the subs single 4 ohm? if so, here is how u wire them to a 2ohm load

two single 4 ohm subs can be wired to either 8 ohm or 2 ohm. thats it that i know of.

u can run 1 of them as a 4 ohm load

or use one on each channel of the amp , you won't pull every drop of power out of the amp , but you will not be doing damage to your amp that way.
