Car died, now HU won't work.

So this morning I went out to my car after a -22 below night to find I had left my accessory charger plugged in and it drained my battery, well I then used my charger to give it a jump and my car started right up, but now here's the kicker, my HU won't fire up and does not appear to be getting power, could it have somehow fried? What could be the cause of this? I am just about to go out and pull it all out to check wiring.

check the fuse built into the deck, probably that or a fuse for the radio, check in fuse box under hood and in the kick panels

as I was disassembling my dash to check the one behind the unit I pulled the on in the rear fuse box to look, then it was fine so when I put it back in I heard the door ding from my GMOS unit which means it was getting power, then I went to turn on the car and the stereo turned right on.
