How should I wire my subs

[FAM4LIFE 10+ year member]

I got 4 10" Clif Designs CD100Ws. They are single 4-ohm voice coils with a 250 wrms rating.

They will be powered by my Visonik V900XD.

Ratings are 750wrms @ 4-ohms

1000wrms @ 2-ohms

1500wrms @ 1-ohm

Should I wire them to 4-ohms or down to 1-ohm? I know the Visonik will not put out 1500 watts @ 1-ohm because it is based on 14.4 volts and not 12volts. I know how to adjust the gains, I'm just concerned about the subs, at least until I see what they can do.

What are your suggestions?

As long as you conservatively set the gain, don't use any bass boost/etc, and use your head with the volume knob you should be fine wiring them to 1ohm.

id go with 1ohm, unless you have problems with the amp overheating, which you shouldnt
