Subwoofer question

I know its possable to do but is it good to use a subwoofer as a regular speaker

cause i would like to put 4 8 in kicker comps in my back deck but wanna know some opinions or should i just put in 4 6'9s instead???

Subwoofers are generally only used for low notes to my knowledege.. I would go for the 6x9's

yeah the 8s wouldnt be able to pick up a lot of the higher notes youd want.

also, chillout on rear speakers, theyre unnecessary, and even if you do want them then just put in ONE pair and just load up your front stage.. get some components and midbass drivers and youll be cool

What exactly is your goal here ? What are you trying to accomplish by doing either of those options ?
