how should I wire it?

If you run it under protect it best as you can. Ideally running it through the inside of the car is best but if you don't wanna cut anything then run it underneath
thats why i said along the skirts. our cars skirks go a ways deep in the bottom that you could take off and tie them to the frame and brake lines. then the skirt will protect it from 90% of damage.

6 runs...I assume 6 power and 6 ground?.... its going to be dang near impossible to run inside the car and make it look like nothing is there... who knows maybe running it on the outside will also make your car magnetic haha

You can take out both seats, and run them inside the car, and make a raised/false floor of approx 1in and cover it back up with the carpeting?? Just a suggestion:D,yet i do not recommend running underneath the car at all..leaving the wiring exposed to weather damage, along w debris damage. Not hard to do, and you can use/ buy longer bolts at Home Depot, even 1/2 inch is all you need??IMO
