How old were you when you got married?

Indeed. Wouldn't consider marriage without one.
You can't. Its the cheapest insurance policy on your possesions (if drafted and executed properly). If you have nothing to offer financially to the marriage, then I guess don't worry about it. But, I will not get married until I can afford to feed a family, thus a pre-nup will be written.

My friend proposed to a girl after a month. He bought the ring when he & I took a trip to Portland about 5 years ago. He proposed, she said yes, they got married in 2 months. Been together ever since. They are one of the only couples who I think are perfect for each other. Usually, I feel that people that are too much alike are the ones that are doomed. They pretty much blew that theory to crap.

However, I, on the other hand, dated my (now) wife for 5 years before we got married. But, since we had been together so long, marriage wasn't even a big deal for either of us.

I got married at 33, and this year is our 10th anniversary. We were together for 4 years before we got married.

One set of my Grandparents married after dating for 2 weeks, and were together for 59 years. I don't know how long the other pair dated, but their marriage also lasted 59 years. I hope to do as well.

Met at 21 married at 25 been married 5 years. I also suggest living with each other first no matter what you did, I have lived with my wife since 2-3 days after we started dating //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
