I'm 14, been into Home and car audio since 12, maybe even 12, my dad gave me his old stereo from like 1980's and now i have 6 speakers, 1 sub, 5 disc cd player, and a 300W amp. Now i have a MTX 5000 car sub w/ a hole in it and a Profile 400W amp that is fried.

at 14 you can get drivers permit, 3 or 6 months later (depends if you take the drivers ed course, which im in now) now im gettin money saved up, unfortunetly w/o a job thats kinda hard, im gonna start buying car audio stuff. *good luck to myself*

lol..am i the oldest? Im 36 been into home audio since 1978, and car audio since 1983. My first head-deck was a td500 with ec200, pa400, pa300, sp80, ads320i , lol old school stuff still in friends rides, now i have 10 nakamichi car amps ...eight pa301's, two 302's, two 304's, with four ec200h's, and two ec204's. a ca101 running it all, a mf-41 with a mc101 cd controler, using a "ear opening" 1000dac as the heart........I found soundstream SPL series are the answer. four SPL170's sealed pounding down into slot, rear firing, in my application with four nakamich sp1010's, and two pairs of sp501s.....ive experienced lots of diffrent installs. ive learned alot about getting the most from your system. I dont give up quality for loudness, but efficiency as the motivator, ive learned all about self-cancelation, n thrive for excellence. all wired with Monster Reference.........i will see u all in competition when install completed.....lol........and i have learned patience:( will=way:nono: //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/banghead.gif.8606515f668c74f6de0281deb475b6fd.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/furious.gif.fc81ca146dbff91fede3ed290dbc4f4c.gif :p

I am just one of those hardcore Rockford blows and only got a name because they sposnored Mark Fakuda back in the day to create the worlds loudest system.....and since then have not been able to come close.
Well, a guy I know, Greg Cobbs, was on the Rockford team for years and broke the world record once with 173.something. That came pretty close. I met Fakuda before though and I think he's kind of a dick. Anyway, I met Greg when I was 14. He and my old man worked in a stereo shop together and I used to sweep up after them. Put my first stereo in a buddies car when I was still 14 and continued during my high school days. Went to college for business and worked at another shop. I've worked for them for over 7&1/2 years now. I'm 26 and been promoted a couple times and am now a coprorate slime ball that doesn't act his age.

17 yrs old...got into it about 2 years ago when my neighbor got a 96' Supra //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

He moved a year ago //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
