not quite.
the 200 bucks and BATF paperwork is for a Class 3 weapon or item. You dont get a licsense you get a tax stamp for that and have to get a sepperate tax stamp for each class 3 item wich means 200 bucks a peice and a long wait. If you want to purchase or tranfer a class 3 item then you must find a class 3 dealer that has a class 3 liscense. Then you have different forms you can do depending on who, where, what you purchase/make.

So what weapons do you have to have a class 3 license to carry.

different laws in ohio dave--the only one's who tell you for sure are ffl holders-federal firearms license. but do like me and get a ccw permit when you turn 21. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/up2something.gif.dd110ecf3ae4b76050d87598f2f8de7c.gif you shoulda saw the look on the guy at the carwash last summer that tried to rob me with a bowie knife.......when i showed him my glock 31. he was about 10 ft away on a bike and he whips out this big *** knife and demands my wallet so i just reach under my shirt and grab my pistol and say " gimme your focken bike bytch!" he drops that piece of shyt bike and hauls ***.

classroom training, range training. $60

at least thats what it is here in ky. a boring *** class and you have to hit like 20 0f 25 shots from like 75 feet i think. its cake.

yea that is pretty easy. I have done quite a bit of shooting in my day ranging from bow to paintball to bb to 12 ga to .22. I have done quite a bit. just need to take the classes so i need to know what ones to take.

you must go to approved ohio class--$150 or so..then submit application to county sheriff then do a fbi/bci background check then wait for sheriff to yay or nay it.
